Each sent item, depending on the size, must be packed in a box (box) or an envelope. Unpackaged items (in paper bags, plastic folders, paper envelopes) will not be accepted.
Use strong boxes with strong walls. Remember that during transit, parcels are loaded one on top of the other, so the packaging must support the weight of other parcels.
Use packaging that is appropriate for the size of the content being sent. Incompletely filled boxes can be crushed, overloaded ones can break.
Seal the box or other packaging securely with adhesive tape.
Place fragile, breakable items in the center of the box so that they do not touch the walls. Use bubble wrap or styrofoam beads to fill in the empty space near the edges.
Pack greasy or strong-smelling materials in an impermeable bag and seal it, and then place it in a box or other packaging. Remember, poor packaging can damage nearby items or other packages.
Parcels that cannot be turned over should be marked with an “arrow up” sign.
Pack gifts securely – most attractive gift wrappings are not suitable for shipping.
Properly pack small items and pamphlets.
When sending items with sharp edges, make sure they are well protected. Boxes made of strong cardboard are especially suitable for this purpose. Attach the protective materials well so that they do not accidentally move during transport.
When reusing the box, remove all labels and stickers, and check that the box is in good condition and not worn.
Pack important documents to be sent in an impermeable bag to protect them from water or other liquids, and then in an envelope.

Remember that the sender is responsible for the proper packaging of the parcel. Due to poor packaging, you may lose the right to compensation if the package is damaged during delivery.
